What is a Strategic Life Coach?
A Strategic Life Coach is someone who will help you to define your goals, make a plan of action, solve problems you might encounter along the way, and make sure that you are making the necessary progress that is needed in order to achieve your desired goals.

What is the different between coaching and counselling?
Generally, counselling and psychotherapy work within a medical framework to diagnose dysfunctional behaviour and prescribe treatment.

Coaching does not replace psychotherapy but is takes a practical approach to supporting you to take the decisions which will lead to fulfilment in life by meeting your desired goals in every aspect of your life. The outcomes may be professional or personal and the focused is on the future whereas, counselling the focus is on the past.  Within the coaching relationship the emphasis is on action and holding you to account for the actions you have identified as necessary.

Will coaching work?
Yes, absolutely. If you want it to, and follow the necessary steps that are required to create lasting change. You the client is expert in your life and as a Strategic Life Coach my mission is to help you discover your full potential. How long does coaching take?
The length of a coaching partnership varies depending on the individual's needs. It might require three to six months of work because you need time to adjust to the changes and take the necessary steps needed to form positive habits and actions that aligns with your goals and dreams.

What happens between sessions?
Between sessions you may have a worksheet to do which are part of what the client goal is and will depend on what they are working towards.

Is life coaching right for me?                                                                                        As a strategic life coach I believe that the client is the expert in their life and knows what they need. However, if you are facing any kind of issues, challenges in your life and you are not sure what steps to take or how to get out of certain habits, emotions then YES I would say that coaching is for you.
